Manage projects from concept to completion
Develop the skills to effectively lead teams in navigating project work from concept to completion within governance requirements. Project Managers work with stakeholders to determine project scope, cost, timelines, skill resourcing, procurement needs, and risk exposure, then manage these to ensure stakeholder satisfaction through communication and quality standards.
