WorldSkills Australia aims to get Australia’s young people excited about skills and trades

16 GOTAFE students to compete at Nationals 2020

An unprecedented sixteen GOTAFE students have been invited to compete at the WorldSkills Australia National Championships taking place in Perth on the 13-15 August 2020.

The WorldSkills Australia National Championships are the biggest vocational education excellence competitions in the country. The competition promotes and builds a skills culture, celebrating excellence and showcasing the best of the best in vocational education and training.

National Championship Fast Facts

The Worldskills National Championships are held every 2 years and are Australia's largest vocational, education and excellence competition. A 3 day event where each student has their skills tested against the clock, criteria and the best Apprentices from across Australia.
