Campus facilities
Studying at the Wangaratta Campus, you'll have access to a range of specialist training facilities, extensive library, Café and support services.
Nursing Labs
The Nursing labs are set up to replicate a real life nursing ward, giving students on-campus replicas of actual hospital settings with practice mannequins. Nursing and health students have access to SIMMAN patient simulator and the realistic SynDaver, which creates life-like patient scenarios such as cardiac arrest and lung failure.
Professional Kitchens & Café
Students taking courses in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality will practice their skills in our commercial kitchen and campus Restaurant and GOTAFE Café. The GOTAFE Café is open to the public being a great place to catch-up with friends, family, visitors and the community.
Salons & Spas
Hairdressing, barbering, and beauty students put their skills into practice at the Hair and Beauty salons, offering a range of treatments to the local community.
Technical & Design Workshops
The Wangaratta Campus enables students to study and practice technical skills in an environment that replicates a real job site. The Automotive Department is housed in a multi-million dollar facility offering the only automotive paint and panel training setup in regional Victoria.
The Flexible Learning Centre houses building and construction, electrotechnology, refrigeration and air-conditioning. It offers computer training rooms, break-out study areas and access to industry standard equipment and facilities.
Modern creative art & design studios are also located at our Wangaratta Campus. Integrating with the Innovation Hub, enables students to explore emerging industries of the future.

This campus is situated between Docker and Cusack Streets and is located within a five minute walk to Wangaratta's CBD, shops, cafes and businesses. There is ample free, all day parking on Cusack Street, Mackay Street and Norton Street.
For public transport, the train station is a two minute walk and there are bus stops around the campus in multiple locations.

Located at the front entrance on Docker Street, one of our Skills & Jobs Centres are a one-stop-shop for anyone looking for free, expert advice about job searching and planning your career. These centres are Government-funded, and you don’t have to be a GOTAFE student to get advice and support.
