A major flood relief event presented by GOTAFE will take place in the in the heart of Shepparton on Sunday, December 11.

GOTAFE is proud to reinforce its commitment to Benalla and provide more accessible education for the whole community, and therefore has made the decision to relocate to a new campus in the heart of town.

The new GOTAFE Trades Training Centre was officially opened by the Attorney-General, Minister for Emergency Services and Member for Northern Victoria, The Hon. Jaclyn Symes on Friday 16 September.

GOTAFE is hosting a Wear It Purple event on August 26 in partnership with LINE Wangaratta, Rural City of Wangaratta and Centre Against Violence to celebrate local LGBTIQ+ youth.

GOTAFE will be hosting two Open Day events in August, one at the Shepparton Fryers Street Campus and the other at the Wangaratta Docker Street Campus.

Following the success of last year’s virtual Community Connector Lunches, GOTAFE recently hosted a series of industry engagement events in Shepparton, Wallan and Wangaratta, focusing on the unique challenges and needs of each community in relation to education delivery and development.

Five GOTAFE students, based in the Wallan region, have received $2000 scholarships thanks to funding from Community Bank.

GOTAFE’s newly redeveloped Seymour Campus will be open to the public on Saturday 4 June for a Family Fun Day.
