Introducing our Keynote Speaker, Dylan Alcott
Dylan Alcott (2022 Australian of the Year) is one of the nation’s most successful Paralympians. He is the only male in any form of tennis to win the ‘Golden Slam’ by taking out the Australian, French, Wimbledon and US Open Championships along with a gold medal from the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021.

Introducing special guest, Georgie Carroll
GOTAFE is excited to announce Georgie Carroll will be attending and speaking at our graduations in 2023.
Georgie Carroll was the most requested when students were surveyed on who they would like to see at graduations. Georgie is a former nurse, turned comedian. She has had sell-out performances at major comedy festivals and has appeared on Have You Been Paying Attention and several other national TV shows. Georgie’s performances draw on her 18 years of Emergency and Intensive Care Nursing, as well as her family life.

Introducing our Master of Ceremonies, Tim Campbell
Tim Campbell is one of Australia's most versatile and much-loved entertainers and will be helping to celebrate your achievements as Master of Ceremonies. When he's not Dancing With the Stars, or entertaining on Channel 9's Carols by Candlelight, Tim is performing with his band from his ARIA top 30 and iTunes top 10 album High School Disco.

I finished studying in 2022, am I eligible to graduate?
Yes. Any student who completed their studies in 2022 is eligible to graduate.
I completed my studies prior to 2022 but was unable to attend a graduation ceremony. Can I attend one in 2023?
Yes. We encourage you to register to attend a graduation ceremony to celebrate your achievements.
Is there a dress code for graduation?
Yes. Please dress in semi-formal attire.
I won’t be able to attend a graduation ceremony – can my certificate be posted to me instead?
If you cannot attend a graduation ceremony, you will still receive your official course completion certificate in the mail in line with your graduating requirements. Attending a graduation ceremony does not impact whether or not you successfully complete a course.
How many guests can accompany me to my graduation?
Each graduating student can bring up to two guests. Places are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Will my fellow classmates be attending the same graduation as me?
Our intention is to be as flexible as possible to allow all graduating students to attend a ceremony in a location that suits them. Why not get together with your classmates and arrange to attend the same event!
