GOTAFE Restaurant is proud to welcome Matthew Waldron from LULO Bar & Grill

Originally from Wangaratta, Matt Waldron is going to take GOTAFE students as well as restaurant guests, on a culinary journey. Matt currently has LULO Bar & Grill in Melbourne, where he has recently added a Ceviche bar to the dining room, an opportunity for customers to watch Ceviche in the making.

Matt's education is based around respect and freshness of the produce followed by technique and skill learnt many years ago. He hopes that everybody, including the students, enjoys a culinary journey through "The America's" through the eyes of a local boy who dared to travel abroad and expand on his passion for food.
