Studying baking, you’ll become a true artist of your craft, and have the chance to showcase your creation in GOTAFE restaurants and competitions throughout the year.

You’ll master the bread baking and cake and pastry skill set, and gain the experience and knowledge to work as a Baker or Bread Maker, or even run your own bakery.

This session will cover a range of Baking courses that GOTAFE has to offer.
