The Student Satisfaction Survey is Victoria’s biggest student survey. It’s an important chance for vocational education and training students to have their say on the

quality and relevance of their training.
Survey results are used for course improvements, to ensure that VET meets the needs of future students and delivers qualifications for the jobs of today and
tomorrow.

Students from GOTAFE who completed or left a vocational education and training course in 2022 have been sent a personal invitation to participate in the survey.

Former VET student Finn encourages students to take part, to help Victoria’s education and training sector to continually improve its offering. Finn was also one of 15
students who won a prize for completing the survey last year. This year there are ten $1000 prizes and ten $500 prizes to be given away, across five prize draws.

"I think it’s important to give feedback so that TAFEs can see what students are actually feeling during the course when they’re completing it, and so the course keeps on getting better and better each year"

Finn, former VET student

All students who completed or exited any government-funded VET course provided by registered training providers in 2022 have been sent a personal invitation to

complete the 2023 Student Satisfaction Survey. Those who complete the survey will be entered into up to five draws to win prizes valued up to $1000.
