What is TSEP?

The TAFE Specialist Employment Partnership allows current students and recent graduates living with a disability to access a specialist disability recruitment consultant to help achieve career goals.

A free service supported by GOTAFE Skills and Jobs Careers Advisors, Equitable Learning staff, and a specialist disability employment consultant, TSEP can assist you to sharpen your resume, improve interview skills and build your confidence to discuss your disability with future employers.

GOTAFE is working with CVGT and Sureway Employment Services to prepare students with disability to be job-ready through the TAFE Specialist Employment Partnerships program.

TSEP aims to identify and address the systemic barriers to employment faced by students who identify with disability and are studying with GOTAFE.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Students in the six months of study at TAFE.
  • Graduates within 12 months of completing their studies
  • Identify as having a disability and/or access support from Student Success due to the impact of disability.
