Feedback - Complaint

If you are unhappy with our training or service delivery, you are encouraged to speak to a member of staff or trainer who will attempt to resolve your concern immediately.

Staff are encouraged to speak directly with their manager or a People and Culture representative in the first instance.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can raise a complaint with us. To submit your feedback you will need to provide details about the training or services to which it relates, including:

  • The reason for your complaint;
  • The outcome you want to see; and
  • Your contact details (if you agree for us to contact you for further information or with a resolution)

All complaints received will be investigated by an impartial and independent member of staff.

The outcomes of all investigations will be communicated in writing to the complainant and used to improve our training and service delivery.
