Michael is a passionate Human Resources leader with more than 30 years of experience across a diverse corporate background including the retail, financial, and public sectors.
Michael’s varied professional journey has seen him in senior leader and executive roles in organisations including the Victorian Department of Health, Melbourne Water, National Australia Bank, IGA, and Coles Myer.
Since joining GOTAFE in 2023, Michael has been instrumental in delivering several key organisational priorities including the annual iThrive performance and development planning process, the annual compliance training framework, and the new trainer onboarding program.
Michael is a leader who strives to add value to the achievement of strategic business priorities through partnering with key stakeholders, implementation excellence, and continuous improvement.
