All workplaces need organised learning and development. Without it, people don’t know how to do their jobs. Workplace laws and regulations wouldn’t be implemented effectively. People wouldn’t know how to use computer systems. But more than that, workplace trainers support staff to improve job satisfaction from a job well done.

You’ll learn and apply the principles of how adults learn. Design, develop and deliver programs that engage your learners. Influence a group of people to adopt change, update their technical skills, or improve how they work together. Contribute to colleagues’ personal and professional development. Learn assessment techniques to check that program outcomes have been achieved. Assess whether new skills have been learnt and can be completed safely.
