Mandatory Training has been designed for workers within the Racing industry to provide training and assessment for the Stable hand Mandatory Skill Set as required for registration by Racing Victoria Ltd for stablehands and track riders in Victoria.
In Victoria all Stable hands and Track riders employed within the racing industry must successfully complete two units of study. These units are RGRCMN201A Follow OHS procedure & observe environmental work practices and RGRPSH201A Handle Horses.
