Be part of our next-generation workforce

GOTAFE has a long history as an education provider in Northern Victoria, acting as the link between education and local community since the 1920s.

Being named Inclusive Training Provider of the Year in the prestigious 2020 Victorian Training Awards has since inspired a lot of positive change to continue building an inclusive workforce. GOTAFE is widely recognised as a leader in embedding social justice principles, with our newly-established Social Justice Charter one of the first of its kind for any TAFE in Australia.

We are creating a next generation workforce, more open, inclusive and diverse than ever before. We embrace diversity in all its forms and are building a workforce that reflects the people within our communities including Aboriginal people, people with disabilities, LGBTIQ and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
