Linda has over 35 years of experience as a Senior Executive, Non-Executive Director, Consultant, and Executive Coach working across the private and public sectors.

She has a proven track record of leadership competence in achieving results, developing and leading transformation change programs, developing organisation talent for current and future business needs, and driving high-performance workplace cultures to achieve sustainable business outcomes for the benefit of the community, members, customers, and employees.

Linda has held several executive strategic roles with Melbourne Water and Coles Group Ltd/Coles Myer, including managing the human resources, corporate governance, and legal counsel functions at Melbourne Water, leading large store operational teams in the Coles Supermarket business, and establishing and leading the Organisational Development function within the corporate human resources division.

Linda has completed Interim Executive assignments at St Kevin’s College in 2020 and Flinders University in 2021. As a leader, Linda enjoys working with a team to design, develop, and implement change initiatives that add value and make a difference to people and businesses.
