We have created a comprehensive and holistic approach to ensure GOTAFE’s customised training solutions meet the needs of your business, with clear steps so we can navigate each phase of the journey together.

Our methodology in customising your training
1. Introductory session
We will discuss with you what you hope to achieve, the steps we will take you through, and your preferred delivery method (virtual, on campus, workplace).
2. Design & discovery
Depending on your business needs, we may look to speak with key leaders and staff in your business to measure against core criteria, analysing the information captured to determine our recommended solution.
3. Proposal
We will present our proposed solution outlining our findings and if required provide a presentation that can be used internally to aid in key decision-making conversations to progress the proposal.
4. Facilitation and customisation
We will book in the training session(s) and connect you with one of our Student Attraction Officers who will help facilitate the enrolment process and contract of our services. Our trainers can discuss with you the course delivery to ensure that the training aligns with your core values and specific needs.
5. Training delivery
This is where the fun begins, and the learning and development of your people happens.
6. Feedback and next steps
We will seek feedback from you to learn how you found the delivery of training and see if there is any additional support we can provide.

Training facilities
With 11 campuses (including a mobile campus) located across Northern Victoria, the choice is yours whether to deliver training on-site or on one of our campuses or even a mix of both.
Whilst on campus our facilities enable participants to study and practice technical skills in an environment that replicates a real job site.
We offer modern facilities including lecture theatres and tutorial rooms, interactive video teaching, computer training rooms, break-out study areas, and access to industry-standard equipment and facilities.
Popular choices include Wangaratta that allows you and your staff to relax and get away from the daily grind in a picturesque environment* or why not try our state-of-the-art facilities at our newly built Wallan campus less than an hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.
