GOTAFE's Fryers Street Campus in Shepparton is a state-of-the-art facility providing students an opportunity for real-life training and enabling Shepparton to develop into a destination for Victorian foodies. The facility includes an operational café open to the public with classrooms and multi-functional spaces that support learning opportunities for barista, hospitality and cookery students. A $1 million commercial kitchen will soon be part of the offerings – creating the Shepparton Commercial Kitchen and Learning Hub. It will eventually house 735 students annually and will ensure highly skilled graduates have a direct pathway to the workforce.
