Take your next step at GOTAFE’s Open Days
Community members can take the next step towards their ideal future by attending GOTAFE’s Open Days this month.
The first of three Open Days was held in Seymour on 10 August, with Wangaratta and Shepparton to follow on 18 and 24 August respectively.
Open Days offer attendees an insight into studying at GOTAFE.
Industry-experienced Trainers, Careers Advisors and Student Ambassadors will talk through education and career options.
Executive Director Student Experience Laura Baker said GOTAFE’s 2024 Open Days are an opportunity to explore the benefits offered by vocational education.
“GOTAFE offer courses which create pathways to careers in in-demand industries across our communities,” Ms Baker said.
“The TAFE Value and Perception Challenge report released in May 2024 outlines that by 2026, nine in 10 new jobs will require a post school education and 81 of the top 100 largest growing occupations are attainable via TAFE education.
“We encourage prospective students to come along to our Open Days and see first-hand how vocational education and training can change lives.”
