GO-FEST a hit among new and returning students
GOTAFE students have been celebrating the new year with an exciting new event.
Hundreds of students have attended GO-FEST events across GOTAFE campuses in February.
Formerly known as Orientation Week, or O-Week, GO-FEST provides a chance for new and returning students to come together as a community.
Students have been enjoying a light lunch and refreshments, live music, fun activities, and helping create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the beginning of the new year.
All cohorts of students across Shepparton, Wangaratta, Benalla and Seymour campuses have been able to check out GOTAFE’s student support services, connect with teachers and staff and explore their new – or familiar – environments.
From popcorn machines to photo booths – as well as games and giveaways – there is something for everyone at GO-FEST.
