Information Session

Join us at our Shepparton, Fryers Street Campus, in the auditorium, for an information session on 4 courses in Early Childhood and Education Support.

The CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is the recognised minimum entry-level qualification to become a qualified Early Childhood Educator. The course will provide participants with the skills they need to gain employment in Child Care Centres, Family Day Care services, Preschools, Playgroups and Before and After School Care settings.

The CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is the recognised qualification to become a qualified Early Childhood Educator. Do you enjoy seeing children learn and grow? Are you looking for more responsibility? The CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care gives you the skills and knowledge that you need to move your career forward and will equip you to work in settings such as Long Day Care, Preschool, Family Day Care and Out of Hours School Care, in senior roles, supervising staff and volunteers.

The CHC30213 Certificate III in Education Support - part of the Victorian Government's Free TAFE for Priority Courses, gives you the skills you need to work in any school, with children or young people. You could work one-on-one with a child with special needs, or help out in a class. If you want to further your studies, there are pathways to further study, including Primary Teaching.

The CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support - part of the Victorian Government's Free TAFE for Priority Courses, is a nationally recognised qualification for employment in Education Support roles. People who graduate with this qualification can provide classroom assistance and support to teachers and students under broad based supervision. Participants require strong literacy and numeracy skills in order to undertake the support role effectively.
