Do you already know how to make an espresso coffee, but want to add an artistic touch? Then perhaps try your hand with this latte art course which focuses on the various styles and techniques to present a delightful caffeinated aesthetic to your customers.
It is required that students have completed the Introduction to Espresso Coffee course (SC0COFINT22) before beginning this course.
You must wear neat, casual dress, and enclosed shoes, bring a pen and paper for note-taking, and arrive 10 minutes before the start time. A workbook will be provided.
This is non-accredited training. When students complete this course, they will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Studying during COVID-19 Restrictions
During COVID‐19 lockdown periods, this course will have the majority of the training delivered using online methods of teaching and communication while students engage from home with their trainers. Any required practical components of the course will be moved to a more appropriate time later in the year.
