Course Overview

Do you already know how to make an espresso coffee, but want to add an artistic touch? Then perhaps try your hand with this latte art course which focuses on the various styles and techniques to present a delightful caffeinated aesthetic to your customers.

It is required that students have completed the Introduction to Espresso Coffee course (SC0COFINT21) before beginning this course.

You must wear neat, casual dress, enclosed shoes and bring a pen and paper for note-taking and arrive 10 minutes before start time. A workbook will be provided.

Additionally some courses require students to purchase or supply text books, kits, tools, uniforms and personal protection equipment. Some specific materials may be purchased through the GOTAFE Bookshop.
