Course Overview

Australia's modern workforce is powered by coffee, and the ability to make a good coffee is essential for any hospitality business. This workshop will teach you how to use an espresso machine to make the full range of coffees on the espresso menu. You'll learn best-practice tips for making great coffee, and will also gain valuable knowledge about the care and maintenance of espresso machines.

Please wear neat, casual clothes and enclosed shoes. You will need to bring a notebook and pen, and arrive ten minutes before start time. An additional workbook will be provided.
