This one-day workshop is designed for people who manage projects as part of their work. This workshop will provide you with a solid introduction to Project Management, and provide you with a framework and toolset for undertaking project work.

We'll cover topics such as defining, planning, implementing, and finalising projects, as well as managing project constraints. You'll finish the course with a practical set of tools that you can implement in your projects straight away to increase efficiency and deliver better results.
