Course Overview

This one-day workshop is designed for people who manage projects as part of their work. This workshop will provide you with a solid introduction to Project Management, and provide you with a framework and toolset for undertaking project work using the PMBOK methodology.

We'll cover topics such as defining, planning, implementing, and finalising projects, as well as managing project constraints. You'll finish the course with a practical set of tools that you can implement in your projects straight away to increase efficiency and deliver better results.
