Incidental Project Management – SC0INCPM21
Course Overview
Our 2 Day Incidental Project Management Course offers practical approaches for the incidental project manager, those who perhaps had not planned to be project managers. It is a great way to assist the team to understand project frameworks and the dialogue of formal project management. Participants will learn about specific concepts, tools and techniques to manage projects across the entire life-cycle of a project.
The sessions include presentations from our experienced trainer and facilitated workshop activities to ensure participants get an opportunity to exercise essential techniques.
Students will explore concepts and tools such as: scope, requirements management, work breakdown structures, the "iron triangle" triple constraints, dependencies, phase and stage development, change management, project metrics, assurance, and many more.
This course can be facilitated in a classroom or via connected live workshops through MS Teams complete with breakout sessions for group interaction. Either way, participants will be provided with all the required course materials and handy templates and guides to use on the job.
