I have received my invitation to this event what does this mean?
Receiving an invitation to this event means you have been nominated for an award for your studies at GOTAFE.
I don’t have a PayPal account – how can I pay online?

Easy, you don’t need a PayPal account, you can use your Credit Card instead. Simply click on the ‘Submit Ticket Order’ button at the bottom of the form and you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site where you have the option to enter your Credit Card details.

If you don’t have the ability to pay online, please email events@gotafe.vic.edu.au and we will discuss other options.

I don’t have a Credit Card or a PayPal – how can I pay?
Your Debit Card should also work on this system, but if you don’t have the ability to pay online, please email events@gotafe.vic.edu.au and we will discuss other options.
I’ve lost my invitation, so I don’t know my Student Number?
Your student number is available on goLearn – Moodle, ask your Trainer, call 1300 GOTAFE (468 233) or email events@gotafe.vic.edu.au to find out.
I’m an Employer entitled to more than one ticket – how to do I RSVP for multiple attendees?

If you have more than one employee attending the Trade Awards Dinner then you are entitled to more than one ticket. Simply complete a separate form for each attendee, but place a number 2, 3, 4, etc after your Organisation Name.

I would like to bring more than 2 guests – can I do this?
Please email events@gotafe.vic.edu.au with your request and we will add you to the waiting list. Once RSVPs close on Thursday 17 November, we will review the waiting list and allow additional guests on a First In First Served basis.
We can only accommodate a certain number of guests based on the venue capacity.
I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?
Refunds are available until 30 November 2017. After this time, refunds will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Please email events@gotafe.vic.edu.au if you require a refund.
Do I need to print off and bring the confirmation details to the event?
No, we will have your name on a list at the door. We look forward to seeing you then.
