Our specialised Student Wellbeing Team can help to guide you through a difficult stage of life, reduce the burden of stress and worry, or to work with you to increase your resilience and wellbeing.

We're not experts in your life, but we can help you explore the issues and open up new possibilities for your life course.
Some of the things that a Student Wellbeing Advisor can assist you with include:
  • Personal or family issues
  • Relationship issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Work-related issues
  • Study-related issues
  • Time management and goal setting
  • Mental health issues such as depression and anxiety
  • Promotion of health and wellbeing
  • Drug and alcohol problems
  • Other issues or general concerns.

You have access to free wellbeing services with our Student Wellbeing Advisors. Appointments are confidential and available face-to-face, by phone, or virtually via online meetings.
