Jessica Pendlebury

Jessica Pendlebury won the 2011 Australian Training Awards School Based Apprentice of the Year award for her outstanding achievement in the GOTAFE Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

Jessica is the first person to undertake the Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing as a school based traineeship, combining VCE with work at the Northern Veterinary Group in Kilmore.

In 2010 Jessica was also awarded the GOTAFE Outstanding Student of the Year award for her achievements in the Animal Studies course and Kilmore Assumption College’s VET Student of the Year award.

Thanks to the Australian School-based Apprenticeship Program at GOTAFE, Jessica has guaranteed employment with her current employer once she has completed her VCE.
