The Shepparton Technical Education Centre is also based at this location. The campus is named after the William Orr homestead, an historic building constructed in 1896 and still in use today.

Classrooms, computer labs, workshops and machinery and storage sheds are amongst the many buildings on the property. A field nursery is operated as an aid to production horticulture teaching and much of the pasture is under irrigation.
