Budding chefs to learn from Executive Chef Dale Prentice at masterclass.

GOTAFE’s hospitality students will benefit from Executive Chef Dale Prentice who will work with them to prepare and serve a five course menu at two masterclasses to be held in June at both the Shepparton and Seymour Campuses.

Dale Prentice is the director of Sous Vide Australia and Executive Chef of Stones of the Yarra Valley, a large events venue in Melbourne’s picturesque Yarra Valley.

Shearers Restaurant: Wednesday, June 20, 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start.
Venue: GOTAFE Campus, Seymour.
Cost: $65 per person, including all meals matched with wines.  

Covers Restaurant, Tuesday, June 26, 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start.
Venue: GOTAFE Campus, Shepparton.
Cost: $75 per person, including all meals matched with wines.
