Koorie Art Exhibition - 20 November
A Celebration of Indigenous Art and Culture will be held at GOTAFE on Friday 20 November at 12 noon in Covers Training Restaurant, Fryers Street Shepparton.
The exhibition will showcase a remarkable collection of Canvas paintings; Jewellery; Woodcrafts; Digital imaging; Manega Mural; Fibre textiles and Prints (lino cuts & etchings).
The event will also include a launch of the Radio Broadcasting project, a partnership between GOTAFE & Radio One FM 98.5.
A BBQ lunch including traditional indigenous food will be provided after the official ceremony. The Koorie Showcase works will be on display at the Koorie Heritage Trust in Melbourne for three weeks from 23 November.
