Youth Leadership in rural industries

Are you interested in improving your communication and leadership skills? If you are a young person working on a dairy farm, orchard or in a horticulture enterprise or related service industry then you are invited to attend two 2-day workshops designed to enhance your communication and presentation skills.

The fun, interactive workshops prepare you to become more involved in the decision making processes for your future. Learn how to recognise your abilities and build on them, gain confidence and develop networks of like-minded young people.

Activities include guest speakers, personality types, mentoring, internet skills and effective team building. Accommodation is available if required.

The workshops are being held on 9 & 10 November and 23 & 24 November in Shepparton.
