Seymour's pre-apprenticeship students receive award
Two students from GOTAFE’s Seymour Campus received encouragement awards in recognition of their achievements for 2011 in their chosen pre-apprenticeship courses.
Tristen Titley and Kieran Chapman were each presented with the awards that are sponsored by Chris’s Timber Supplies. Both students received a $150 voucher to spend at the store.
Tristen undertook the Certificate II Furniture, whilst Kieran undertook the Certificate II Building and Construction.
GOTAFE, Commercial Manager Building and Plumbing, Brendan Rogash was thrilled to have Chris’s Timber Supplies sponsor the awards.
“Both Tristen and Kieran were excellent students who really applied themselves, the award recognises their achievements,” said Brendan.
“It is great to have the support of Chris’s Timber Supplies.
“Buying the tools of the trade can be an expensive exercise, the sponsorship will help these two students to build their own toolkit.”
