Performance reviews are often daunting for both managers and employees. They generally focus on the negatives, what has not been done and on the achievement of KPI¿s rather that the individual and their development. This workshop will provide managers with the skills to make performance reviews a positive experience.

Topics to be covered:

The do's and donts of performance reviews

Making the review employee centred rather than KPI achievement

Focusing on an individual's strengths rather than weaknesses

Setting clear and objective performance standards

Gaining true employee buy-in to the process

Handling performance reviews with the under achiever

If a client officially withdraws before commencement date, a full refund less an administration fee will be given. If the Institute cancels a short course the client is offered a rollover into a later course or a full refund.
