Medication Endorsement is a Short Course for Division 2 registered nurses that has been approved by the Nurses Board of Victoria.
This course delivers the following two units from the Diploma in Nursing (National code: HLT51607):
- HLTAP501A, Analyse health information
- HLTEN507A, Administer and monitor medications in the work environment
Successful completion of this course will enable students to deliver authorised medications to clients / patients in the workplace setting.
Applicants for this course must be selected and should attend an Information Session prior to making application.
Information Sessions will provide further information about the course and its pre-requisites and other entry requirements and will also include undertaking a test.
Selection of students to enrol in this course is dependent upon the applicant having successfully met all selection criteria.
This Short Course is offered at regular intervals throughout the year.
