The aim of this two week course is to provide people leaving for University the skills they require to seek part time employment in the Hospitality Industry.
This course is also suitable as an introductory program for people seeking entry to further study or employment in the Hospitality Industry.
Topics include:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Bar Operations - Alcoholic and Non alcoholic
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Completing Financial Transactions - EFTPOS
- Customer Service Skills
Current Health Care Card (HCC) concessions available.
Students must wear black trousers, white shirt, black enclosed shoes, white baseball style cap and a white bib apron.
