CPR is recommended to be renewed each year to keep their First Aid current and to maintain your skills and knowledge. Potential students need to be aware that the assessment tasks require students to be able to kneel and lie on the floor. It is compulsory to attend 100% of the face-to-face session. Participants are required to complete two minutes continuous CPR on the floor on an adult and 2 minutes on an infant manikin on a firm surface. Clothing worn should suit the physical requirements of this training. Assessment methods consist of practical demonstrations based on scenarios and a theory test.
