Course Overview

You will be enrolled into a current qualification.
This delivery is recommended for people that have previously completed First Aid before as this is deemed an update.
The Flexible delivery is a one day fast paced delivery where the participants have to have completed prior reading and a workbook.
The accrediated unit HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid is the recognised qualification that is recommended to be updated every three years to keep your First Aid current.
This unit is delivered by qualified Industry Trainer & Assessors.

Pathways / Employment Opportunities

HLTAID003 Provide First Aid is a requirement of Industry and is a workplace requirement for Workplace First Aiders.

Attendance and Commitment

You are required to attend the 1 X 8 hour sessions in a face to face setting and are required to wear appropriate clothing to demonstrate the practical components of the assessment tasks.

Additional Information

You will be required to kneel and lie on the floor as part of the assessment tasks.
Participants are required to complete two minutes continuous CPR on the floor on an adult manikin and two minutes on an infant manikin on a firm surface. Clothing worn should suit the physical requirements of this training.
