Investors in People
Investors in People (IiP) is an internationally recognised standard developed in the UK. It is awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to investing in employees through training and development to help achieve business goals.
Goulburn Ovens Institue of TAFE was awarded the IiP recognition for its commitment to ensuring an environment of continuous improvement through a flexible, skilled and motivated workforce.
The IiP standard was awarded to Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE by the International Quality Centre, the nationally accredited body for delivering the IiP program in Australia.
